Introducing the new Moncler app

Moncler partnered with B-Reel to take one of the world’s most innovative luxury brands and create an application that reflects its excitement and cultural relevance.

The Moncler App was built for today’s user - one that consumes branded content as entertainment, news and inspiration all at the same time.

In order to create a truly unique experience, we designed an omnidirectional navigation that allows users to swipe both horizontal and vertically, serving them content from any angle they choose.

Aiming to serve consumers with dynamic editorial storytelling, we created a fully modular design system that allows us to curate stories based on the user and their interests. This allows for multiple ways to tell editorial stories - from product focused narratives to in-depth interviews with Moncler Genius collaborator.


Each module has a key content focus to create an ecosystem that seamlessly merges the narrative and sales. From purely inspirational content to active in-video purchasing to upselling modules that integrate with editorial stories.

In order to retain content optimization, we integrated editorial-specific tagging systems. The tags work to both sort and recommend content within the grid. Allowing the content to be flexible will help populate the grid upon opening the app. This cutting-edge approach focuses on in-app interactions that reflect the innovation of the brand itself.
