Google Earth Studio
The idea for Google Earth Studio came about when Google Earth first launched realistic 3D cities around the world. This created new opportunities to tell geographic stories in film. We developed a proof of concept, then partnered with Google to bring a web-based animation tool to life.
Working in close partnership with Google, we contributed to the creative vision for the product. This included support with laying out functionality and usability specs, feature roadmap, defining a look & feel, and positioning the product. Google Earth Studio was designed to be a breath of fresh air in the animation software landscape: light, simple, easy to use, fast, yet incredibly powerful.
